4. User Accounts

8. Payment Terms

Pricing

• GoViral operates on a credit-based system
• Prices are listed in the app and may vary by region
• All payments are processed through Apple's App Store
• Prices are subject to change with notice

Purchases and Refunds

• All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law
• Refund requests should be directed to Apple App Store support
• We may provide refunds at our discretion for technical issues
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value

Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law

GoViral and all related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. We own or license all rights to:

Respect for Others' Rights

• We'll respond to valid DMCA takedown notices
• Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated

11. Termination

Termination by You

• You may stop using GoViral at any time
• You can delete your account through the app settings
• Account deletion will remove your stored videos and data
